ONLINE NATIONAL MEAL DELIVERY COMPANY REQUIRED CUSTOM PRINT GEL ICE PACKS & A SOLUTION FOR STORAGE CONSTRAINTS.
Challenge / Details:
The customer is an online, ready made fresh meals provider to its customers Australia wide and required gel ice packs for packaging and shipping of their product in a cold and fresh state.
The customer wanted to be unique in its packaging and marketing by utilising branded cost effective gel ice packs. The customer also had limited storage space.
Solution:
After consultation with the customer, a gel ice pack specification was agreed upon which would be the most effective for its packaging and shipping requirements.
Innovative ideas were provided to the customer in relation to the artwork and wording for the packaging.
The artwork was agreed on, finalised and both parties noted that to achieve cost effectiveness a minimum requirement of 30,000 custom branded gel ice packs needed to be ordered.
Although the customer did not have enough storage space to store approximately 30 pallets of gel ice packs, Thermal Ice had arranged to hold the pallets at our warehouse and deliver to the customer as required.
Results:
The customer was pleased with the branded gel ice packs and has received positive feedback from their clientele base on the unique design and branding.
